This Bird's Cooked was born from a deep love of Nashville hot chicken and the desire to bring something bold, flavorful, and unapologetically spicy to the Spring, Texas community.
As a woman-owned food truck, we started small — with a recipe, a dream, and a whole lot of cayenne pepper. What began as a weekend passion project quickly grew into one of the most talked-about food trucks in the area.
Every piece of chicken is hand-breaded, fried to golden perfection, and coated in our signature blend of spices. We offer heat levels from mild to our "Clucked Up" extreme — because everyone deserves to find their perfect level of fire.
